This place has a great location near the State Park and the bridge, and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive.

Location and room was very nice.
We were told that as Monday was a holiday that the breakfast schedule would be the same as for Sunday. On Monday, the staff said no, it was a Monday schedule. Additionally the staff involved was surly, unpleasant and didn't care to be bothered with us.

Spent here 1 good day and would want to stay there again. The staff was courteous and nice, the accommodation was wonderful and fairly clean. The location was marvellous and the services were excellent. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 20 mins walk from the hotel. They offered us high quality meals, had a wide array of options to choose from.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the whole room was nicely equipped. the staff were exceptional and the breakfast was nice with fresh fruit and oatmeal. Great location to Yellowstone National Park, everything was great.

Excellent staff
Nicely equipped and top-notch rooms with a refrigerator and mini bar. Convenient and easy location close to a walking trail in the State Park. - Easy check-in and good service

Fruit and yogurt with breakfast.
Staff unwilling to provide AAA discount when we arrived late at night. I was too exhausted to argue and had to deal with it the next day. Did finally get it.

This hotel is in walking distance of restaurants and other things.
The hot tub and pool area needs an upgrade.

The room I received was clean and updated, with a mini bar and a refrigerator. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Superior harbor, a nice restaurant, and attractions like an arts theater just 2 miles away.

The bed! It was so nice to sleep in a nice, updated bed. There are still tons of hotels that have 20 yr old mattresses for their guests. And, the bedding was clean.
Walked into the pool room, my husband and I wanted to enjoy the hot tub. As soon as we walked in, our eyes started burning. Someone must have used of put to much chlorine in the pool because the air was thick with chemicals.
